Acceptance. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Polygon-Replica, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Authorized purpose. Polygon-Replica is provided for authorized contest problem authoring, review, testing, verification, packaging, and administration. You may use the service only for work that you are permitted to perform.
User content. You are responsible for all statements, source files, tests, packages, comments, metadata, and other material that you upload, generate, edit, or store through the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to use that material in Polygon-Replica.
Operational license. You retain your rights in your content. You grant the service operators and administrators the limited permission needed to store, process, copy, render, compile, execute, export, back up, and display that content for operating, securing, debugging, and administering the service.
Account security. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity performed through sessions, access tokens, agent registrations, and connected tools. You must keep credentials and tokens confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Prohibited conduct. You must not use the service to upload, store, generate, execute, or distribute malicious code, phishing material, spam, unlawful material, infringing material, secrets you are not authorized to share, or content that violates another party's rights.
System integrity. You must not attempt to bypass authentication or authorization, access data without permission, interfere with other users, overload the service, mine cryptocurrency, run unrelated hosting workloads, evade resource limits, or otherwise impair service stability, security, or data integrity.
Administrative actions. Administrators may inspect operational metadata and service content when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, debug, recover, or audit the service. Administrators may disable accounts or tokens, stop jobs, restrict access, remove content, delete data, or take other protective actions to enforce these Terms or respond to legal, security, or operational incidents.
Availability and data loss. The service may be interrupted, changed, suspended, or discontinued. No guarantee is made that data will be preserved or recoverable. You are responsible for maintaining external backups of important problem materials.
No warranty. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of availability, correctness, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Changes. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Polygon-Replica after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
